Building and maintaining relationships with brokers and stakeholders, both internally and externally, is crucial. The position also involves managing service providers, attorneys, and loss adjusters to ensure cost-effective and excellent service delivery to clients. Emphasis is placed on expediting claims finalization whenever possible, without resorting to panel attorneys.
